Lead time
Samples dispatch within 1–2 working days. Stock production orders normally dispatch within 5–10 working days; container and custom-cut orders are quoted case by case and confirmed in writing before you pay.
Packing
Brick slips are packed face to face in reinforced cartons and palletised. Mosaic sheets are mesh-mounted and boxed flat. Container loads are strapped and shrink-wrapped.
Shipping
We ship worldwide by express courier for samples and by sea freight for volume orders, FOB or CIF as agreed. We can work with your nominated forwarder.
Breakage
Brick is a fired ceramic and a small percentage of edge chipping in transit is normal; we allow for this in the quantity we pack. If you receive genuine breakage beyond that, send photographs within 7 days of delivery and we will re-send the affected quantity free of charge on the next shipment.
Variation is not a defect
This is reclaimed brick. Colour, texture, lime bloom and tooling marks vary from piece to piece and from batch to batch — that variation is the product. We strongly recommend ordering samples first, and we credit the sample courier fee against your order for exactly that reason.
Returns and cancellations
Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packing, for a refund of the goods value; return freight is the buyer’s cost. Custom-cut sizes, custom colour blends and OEM-packed goods are made to your specification and cannot be returned. Orders may be cancelled without charge before cutting begins.
